Why I Joined AILab, Part 1

Hello! Could you tell us a bit about yourself?

Hello. My name is Temuujin, and I work as a developer at AILab.

Why did you join AILab?

Working with a young, energetic team in an open-minded environment is very important to me. The main reason I joined AILab is the opportunity to work on large, nationwide projects and make a real impact, in an environment that lets you try out new technologies and solutions and implement them quickly. I believe this gives me the chance to challenge myself professionally and grow to a higher level.

What are you focusing on these days?

A major part of the project I am currently working on is in the final stages of preparation for rollout. Beyond that, I am experimenting with how to use AI tools to boost development productivity more effectively, and I aim to bring them into my daily workflow.

What does a typical workday look like for you?

In the morning, I first review the tasks planned for the day and decide which ones to focus on. As the work progresses, I move issues forward by talking with the relevant people and my teammates when needed, working out solutions together and getting help. We also exchange daily updates within the team and share our progress. I spend most of the remaining time writing code, implementing solutions and making improvements.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time, outside of work?

In my free time, I like spending time with the people close to me. Recently I started doing CrossFit to be more physically active, and I am paying attention to a healthy lifestyle. Your dreams and aspirations?

I aim to become a skilled engineer who can build larger-scale, high-load systems and who understands how business and technology connect. I want to make a meaningful contribution to bringing AILab's products to many users.
